Tubeway Army - Tubeway Army (1978) - rating: ****
A great post-punk album with science fiction themes

Tubeway Army - Replicas (1979) - rating: *****
The ultimate version of the science fiction themes by Tubeway Army

The Pleasure Principle (1979) - rating: *****
The first solo album by Gary. More and more synthesizer in the songs. Perhaps the best Numan album of the early period.

Telekon (1980) - rating: *****
Continuing the sound of the previous album.

Dance (1981) - rating: ****
Soul and funk are introduced for the first time in his synthesizer sound.

I Assassin (1982) - rating: ***
Continuing the sound of the previous album but not as good.

Warriors (1983) - rating: ****

Berserker (1984) - rating: ******
Full funk and soul influences here.

The Fury (1985) - rating: **
Sadly his Funk/Soul influenced synth pop is not working anymore here.

Strange Charm (1986) - rating: **

Metal Rhythm (1988) - rating: *

Outland (1991) - rating: ****
A comeback of his synth funk. This time it's working again.

Machine & Soul (1992) - rating: *
From here it's going downwards for a a long time.

Sacrifice (1994) - rating: *

Exile (1997) - rating: ***
A small comeback with more heavier and modern sounds

Pure (2000) - rating: *

Jagged (2006) - rating: *

Dead Son Rising (2011) - rating: *

Splinter (2013) - rating: ***
He's recovering here with modern gothic synth pop.

Savage (2017) - rating: *****
The best Numan album for ages. Asian influences are prominent and Gary's daughter Persia.

Intruder (2021) - rating: ***
He keeps the focus on the good sound he invented.
